Moving Credit. Moving Credits are purchased online at $75 for every $100 of credit, plus Kansas sales tax, in any quantity and at any time; credits are charged when you buy them. The partner rate is for licensed real estate agents in Kansas or Missouri — we verify each purchase against the state licensee record and refund in full any purchase we cannot match. The quantity you buy sets the value of your credit: four is $400 of credit. At checkout you can have it issued as one code or split into several, each in whole $100 amounts, for different clients. A code may be applied to one JoCo Bin Co booking and cannot be combined with another code, credit, or discount. Any unused balance does not carry over to another booking and is not refunded. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. A credit applies to rental charges only. Sales tax on the credit amount is collected from you at purchase, so your client is not charged sales tax on the portion of their booking paid by the credit; tax on any remaining balance is calculated at their delivery address and is theirs to pay.
Direct Bill. You authorize a maximum amount in writing before issuing your code; that written cap is the limit of what we will bill you on any single booking. Your Direct Bill code is yours to reuse and may be given to more than one client. It is not published anywhere and remains valid until you ask us to retire it. When a client applies it at checkout it removes the covered amount from their total — anything above your cap remains theirs to pay. Your cap is inclusive of Kansas sales tax, which is calculated on the full rental price before the code is applied. We confirm the final figure with you before any bins are delivered, and invoice you after the move. Nothing is delivered and nothing is billed without your go-ahead. If your client never books, you owe nothing. Direct Bill is charged at standard rates and is not combinable with a Moving Credit on the same booking.
